Parotta is a popular Indian flatbread that is flaky and layered. It is typically served with a variety of curries, and one popular combination is Parotta with Chicken Curry. Here's a simple recipe for Parotta Chicken Curry:

Ingredients:
- 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
- Oil for cooking

For Parotta:
- Store-bought parotta or you can make it from scratch using all-purpose flour, salt, and water.

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute until they turn golden brown.
2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
4. Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes until the oil separates from the masala.
5. Add water as needed to adjust the consistency of the curry. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
6. Sprinkle garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

For Parotta:
1. If using store-bought parotta, follow the instructions on the package to cook them.
2. If making parotta from scratch, mix all-purpose flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
4. Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the parotta on both sides until golden brown spots appear. Apply oil or ghee while cooking to make it flaky and soft.
5. Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.

Serve the Parotta with Chicken Curry hot and enjoy!
