- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

Instructions for Ghee Rice:
1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes, then drain.
2. In a large pot, heat the ghee over medium heat. Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom pods, bay leaf, and cumin seeds. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the drained rice to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Pour in the water and add salt to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid.
5. Cook the rice for about 15-20 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked through. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.

2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies to the pan. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the beef cubes to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.

7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
