Beef curry is a delicious and flavorful dish that is popular in many cuisines around the world. Here's a simple recipe to make beef curry:

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup of beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes translucent.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pot and cook for another minute until fragrant.
3. Add the beef cubes to the pot and cook until they are browned on all sides.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Add this spice mixture to the pot and stir well to coat the beef.
5. Pour in the coconut milk and beef broth, and add the diced tomatoes. Stir everything together and bring the mixture to a simmer.
6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the curry simmer for about 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the beef is tender and the flavors have melded together.
7. Season the curry with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the beef curry over steamed rice or with naan bread. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
