Parotta Beef Curry is a delicious and popular dish from South India. Here's a simple recipe to make it:

Ingredients:
- 500 grams beef, cut into small pieces
- 2 parottas (Indian layered flatbread)
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute until they turn golden brown.
2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
5. Add the beef pieces to the pan and mix them with the masala. Cook on medium heat until the beef is tender and cooked through.
6. Once the beef is cooked, sprinkle garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. In the meantime, heat a tawa or griddle and cook the parottas until they are golden brown and crispy.
8. Serve the parottas with the beef curry on the side. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
