Chicken samosa is a popular snack in many parts of the world, especially in South Asia and the Middle East. It is a crispy pastry filled with a savory mixture of minced chicken, onions, garlic, ginger, and a blend of spices. The filling is usually cooked beforehand and then wrapped in a triangular or cone-shaped pastry sheet. The samosas are then deep-fried until golden and crispy.

To make chicken samosas, you will need the following ingredients:

- 1 cup minced chicken
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust according to your spice preference)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 12-15 samosa pastry sheets (available in most grocery stores)
- Water for sealing the samosas
- Oil for deep frying

Here's a step-by-step guide to making chicken samosas:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until they turn translucent.

2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and cook for a minute.

3. Add the minced chicken to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink.

4. Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the spices are well incorporated.

5. Remove the pan from heat and let the chicken filling cool down.

6. Take one samosa pastry sheet and fold it in half to form a triangle. Seal the edges using water.

7. Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of the triangle.

8. Fold the bottom corner of the triangle over the filling, and continue folding in a triangular shape until you reach the end of the pastry sheet. Seal the edges with water.

9. Repeat the process with the remaining pastry sheets and chicken filling.

10. Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the samosas and fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy. Make sure to fry them in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.

11. Once the samosas are cooked, remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

12. Serve the chicken samosas hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
