Chicken curry is a delicious and popular dish made with chicken, spices, and a flavorful sauce. Here's a simple recipe to make chicken curry:

Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust according to your spice preference)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and cook for another minute.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and chili powder.
5. Add the spice mixture to the pan and cook for a minute, stirring constantly to coat the onions, garlic, and ginger.
6. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
7. Pour in the coconut milk and chicken broth, and season with salt to taste.
8. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Let it cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
9. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
10. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
