Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, water, salt, and oil. Knead the mixture into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, marinate the beef with cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.
4. Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until it is tender and cooked through.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes are soft and well combined with the beef.
6. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.
7. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin, round chapati.
8. Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and cook the chapatis on both sides until they are lightly browned and cooked through. Brush each chapati with a little oil while cooking.
9. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each chapati and fold it over to form a semi-circle or triangle shape.
10. Serve hot with raita or any desired side dish.

Enjoy your chapati with beef!
